Coleen was a pleasure to work with. We initially found her on a listing on Zillow and continued to use her. She showed us multiple possible properties. Another notable thing about her is she only showed us properties that fit within our preferences for location, size and privacy! It takes extra work to do this and we were able to efficiently tour the area. Her follow through was excellent, spending her time getting additional information as requested. She was vigilant in the negotiating process as well, along with our attorney, taking us though a terrible negotiation that ultimately fell through due to unrealistic seller. She got right back to work finding us another perfect property that we now own! Will use Coleen as needed and highly recommend her to you! PS.
